Utilising our 12 week course, featuring four different levels to suit personal targets and ability, e-training helps to motivate and guide you through an exercise programme which is updated weekly and designed exclusively with your fitness goals in mind. What's more, each programme is tailored to work in conjunction with the specific equipment available at your fitness facility.
Following a comprehensive initial consultation, you will:
- Be designated a personal members page
- Be able to record your progress and diet online
- Receive personalised workout schedules and reminders
- Receive training tips and feedback, nutritional guidance and injury advice
- Receive continued support and motivation
- Have access to equipment/product advice and supply
By subscribing to e-training, our expert personal training team is available to answer any questions or give advice where necessary. You will also have the option of meeting a trainer one-to-one on a regular basis, a great tool to track your progress, keep you motivated or simply receive additional advice.
