By using equipment to supplement freestanding exercises, training programmes can be kept varied and interesting, maintaining motivation and exceeding your desired fitness goals/targets.
Whilst all motive8 trainers come fully-equipped to sessions, it can also be useful for clients to have their own supply to enable continued training in between meetings.
